1. Coarse, highly abrasive polishing compound without silicone oils
Heavy Cut H9.02 is an innovative, coarse, highly abrasive cutting compound designed for fast machine polishing of heavily weathered paintwork. It is used to remove deep scratches and for the rapid elimination of paint overspray and sanding marks up to P1200 grit. Thanks to its extremely homogeneous abrasive grain, Heavy Cut 9.02 delivers an exceptionally high cutting performance while achieving a very good level of gloss. The coarse compound has minimal stickiness and produces very little dust even during extended polishing. It is suitable for all types of paint systems, from soft to scratch-resistant.
Cut level: 9
Gloss level: 6
Application:
Clean and dry the surface to be polished. Shake the polishing compound well before use and test for suitability and compatibility. Polish using crosswise motions with a rotary polisher and a lambswool pad (for sanding marks P1200–P2500) or a Heavy Cut pad (for sanding marks P2000–P5000). Work the coarse compound at medium speed and moderate pressure. For the best possible high-gloss finish, refine the surface with Micro Cut M3.02. Protect from frost and excessive heat. Do not use on hot surfaces.
